Information collected through the form
The consultation form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, your role in the mortgage conversation, preferred contact method, message and consent to be contacted. A submission timestamp is also recorded. Phone information is required when you request text or phone contact.
Please do not include Social Insurance Numbers, banking details, identity documents or other sensitive financial records in your message. Do not provide another person’s personal information without their permission.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your consultation request, communicate with you using your selected contact method and protect the form against repeated or automated submissions. Submitting a request does not constitute a mortgage application, credit-check authorization or approval.
Information is stored in the site’s Lovable Cloud database. Technical service providers support site hosting and request storage. Public visitors cannot view, change or delete consultation requests.
Mortgage documents and lender disclosure
If you decide to proceed beyond an initial consultation, additional information and appropriate consents may be required. The relevant collection and disclosure processes should be discussed before information is shared with a lender or another party.
A consultation request is not consent to distribute financial documents or to send unrelated marketing messages.
Storage, retention and security
Access to consultation records is restricted. No online transmission or storage system can be promised completely secure. Information may be retained as needed to respond to the request and meet applicable business, regulatory or legal obligations.
